The REAL Me Well,
Crystal Sage isn't my REAL name. It's Lori. But I've been using CS as
my moniker since the early 90's, and its stuck pretty well. Its my
magical name, and the name that most people in the tarot, magical and
online world know me as.
Wife I
met my husband Rich back in 1988, we got married in 1991,
separated in
the summer of 2003 and reunited again in the fall of that same year.
We've survived a lot, and while our marriage may not be perfect, its a
work in progress, just like every good relationship. We're still here.
Mom Rich
and I created 3 beautiful children together. Joshua, 11, Tessa, 8 and
Cameron, 4. I'll tell more about them later, and have some pics
available. Stay tuned.
Teacher In
2004, I made the decision to Homeschool my oldest son Joshua because of
various
issues. He has some behavioral and emotional issues that make it very
difficult for him to function within a conventional classroom. When his
teachers couldn't deal with him anymore, and his problems were getting
in the way of his learning, I made the decision to homeschool
him. As a
result he learns and performs better than he ever did, and he's a much
happier child than before (not to mention that we're all much
happier... less stress, less struggle and less emotional outbursts.
Everyone wins.)
Tarot Reader I've
been interested in and reading Tarot cards since 1985. I started out
reading for myself and my close friends, and over the years,
I developed my intuition to the point where I felt comfortable reading
professionally. I've read in shops, at Faires and
Conferences,
and in and out of my home. I also
started teaching beginner classes back in 2003, and found that the more
I teach, the more I learn, and I've become a better reader because of
it.
Crafter I
love to work with my hands. Jewelry, Paint, Sew, Cross Stitch. I'm
happiest when I'm creating something. I finally realized a few years
ago that some of my creations were good enough that others would want
